A privacy-minimized approach

Maevena uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate public page-view measurement. The current integration excludes internal dashboard routes. Infrastructure providers may also process ordinary technical information needed to serve and protect the site, such as IP addresses, browser details, request timestamps, and security logs.

Maevena does not currently use custom analytics events to intentionally send free-text grant searches, non-profit profile details, or eligibility-assessment answers to the analytics provider.

Search filters and queries may appear in the page URL so a result set can be restored or shared. Avoid entering confidential, personal, medical, financial, or otherwise sensitive information into search fields.

The grant-level eligibility assessment operates as decision support. Do not use it to submit personal data or confidential application material. Maevena may change its measurement practices as the product develops; this policy will be updated before materially broader collection is introduced.

If you email Maevena, the message, email address, and information you provide are used to respond, investigate corrections, or manage the relationship you requested. Do not email confidential proposal materials, passwords, government identifiers, payment details, or sensitive beneficiary information.

Maevena does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that operate hosting, analytics, security, email, or other necessary infrastructure. It may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the security and integrity of the service.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, operational security, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you have directly provided, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
